How to start a raw foods diet?
Step 1: clean all the boxes and packages of foods from your home.
Step 2: Pick fruits and vegetable you like making sure you have a variety of colors
Eat them for breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner
For breakfast and dinner I like to make a juice of my favorites
Pineapple, orange, strawberries, spinach, carrots, cucumber, and tomatoes
Step 3: Switch up what you are eating or you will get bored
